Braveheart Tanzania Limited is a fully licensed travel company providing high quality safari tours and concierge services. Braveheart Tanzania was founded in 2017, with an office in Dar es Salaam, and is Tanzanian-owned.

Ariel H. Mjingo

Founder & CEO

Ariel is the founder and CEO of Braveheart Tanzania. 

She was born in Tanzania and received her education in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania. Her love for people, community and storytelling led her to pursue a degree in Sociology and certification in Journalism. 

 

Finland, Germany, Zimbabwe, Southern Africa and Nigeria are some of the countries Ariel has visited. After running a travel blog for several years, Ariel decided to take her love for travel to the next level by starting a travel company.  It was a daunting endeavour, as the Tanzanian travel industry is male-dominated, with very few young, local women, Ariel pushed forward with her dream by telling herself that she needed to be brave–thus Braveheart Tanzania was born.
